Thinking of making Plywood Panel Doors with our 1-Pc. Ogee Rail & Stile router bit, item 91-521? Make sure to use this special 5.9mm kerf slot cutter for perfect rattle-free panels. This slot cutter replaces the standard 1/4" kerf one that comes on our 91-521. Simply disassemble the 1-Pc. R/S router bit and replace the slot cutter with 23-PLY.
Like all of our premium slot cutters, the 23-PLY features a strong anti-kickback design for safety and thick micrograin carbide tips for repeated sharpening.

- 1-3/4" Outside Diameter
- 5.9mm kerf
Please note: item 23-PLY is for making 5.9mm Plywood grooves when using item 91-521, Combination Rail & Stile router bit only. It does not work with our 2-Pc. Rail & Stile router bit sets.

The size is much biger 1/4" plywood is loose
