We can get your order to your workshop just as fast as you need it. When checking out, simply select the shipping method that meets your needs.

Local Pickup

We accept phone orders that you can pick-up at the East side overhead door of our distribution center located at 310 Mears Blvd., Oldsmar, FL 34677. Just call-in to place your order and give us at least one hour to pull and prepare your merchandise. Do not place your order on-line if you want same-day pick-up service. Local pick-up orders that want same
day service must call-in their order. Thanks for your understanding.
Standard Shipping Service
Standard Shipping Service
Our Standard Shipping Services are not guaranteed, but usually get packages to your door within 5-8 business days. Delivery times are estimated in business days, do not include the date of your order and exclude weekends and holidays. We do not ship on weekends.
Packages will ship by either the US Postal Service Priority Mail or Federal Express Ground Service. As a general rule, smaller and lighter packages are shipped with the post office and larger packages are shipped with FEDEX. Please provide a physical shipping address for all orders. FedEx cannot deliver to a P.O. box. Tracking information is sent to all customers via email when package labels are printed, so please ensure you've supplied us with the correct email address. The decision to ship via FedEx or USPS is at our sole discretion.

Most orders over $100.00 (after any discounts have been applied) to the contiguous United States will qualify for free shipping via our Standard Shipping Service. Certain exclusions to this free shipping qualification apply. Items that are overweight or oversized (example: Router Table Packages, Woodworking Machinery, Power Tools, etc.) may be excluded from any active free shipping promotion or offer.
Expedited Shipping Service
Expedited Shipping Service
If you need your order more quickly, you can have it within 3-5 Business days by
selecting our Expedited Shipping Service. Your items may be delivered to your door more quickly than if you select the Standard Shipping Service. Please note: This is not guaranteed service, so delays incurred by the carrier while in transit to your shipping
address will not count toward the 3-5 business day delivery promise. For our list of guaranteed shipping services, please read on.
Express Shipping Delivery Service
Express Shipping Delivery Service
Our Express shipping options can get your packages to your door within 1 to 2 business days, not including the day you place your order. This service is only available for customers within the contiguous United States. International orders and shipments to Alaska or Hawaii do not qualify for this service. The cut-off time for this delivery service is 2:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Orders received before this time will be packaged to ship out the same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST will be shipped out the following business day. Please note: Like all of our shipping options, Express will only deliver on business days, weekends excluded.
International Orders
International Orders
We Do Ship To Your International Destination!
All international packages will be shipped with FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service. All prices for international shipping quoted by our website are to be considered estimates. If the cost of shipping your international order should exceed the quoted price, we will email you a statement of the total shipping cost with a request for authorization to charge you the remainder. If no response to that emailed statement is received, your order will be canceled. We do NOT pay for government taxes or brokerage fees that the carrier may impose. Transit times for international shipments are usually between 5-14 business days, but extended delays may occur. Please consult your tracking number for details on your shipment once your order has left the United States.
Backorders
Backorders
We dislike backorders as much as you do. If an order is placed that contains multiple-items (router bit sets included) and one or more of those items is not in stock, we will hold your order until we can ship it complete. If you ask us to ship ahead we can do so but additional shipping charges may apply. We take your payment at time of checkout and before we ship your order. We also collect payment for backorders at time of checkout. If you submit payment by PayPal, then that service takes all funds at the time of checkout.
We work very hard to complete all unshipped orders and to communicate the status of each order with our customers. If you have any question as to the status of your order, please email us atsupport@infinitytools.com. We do not ship ahead for international orders, as those orders ship complete when all items are back in stock.
