No Hassle Return Policy
Never experienced the glass-smooth cutting action of an Infinity Tools brand router bit, shaper cutter, saw blade, planer knife or other tool? Rest assured, we guarantee that you will be satisfied with every purchase you make from us. If our products do not meet your expectations, or you are otherwise not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days in its original packaging and with a copy of the invoice for a refund or in-store credit. A 5% restocking fee may apply to returned merchandise which is deemed to not be defective. If your order was shipped free-freight, we reserve the right withhold the shipping charge from your refund. If you want an in-store credit there will be no re-stocking fee and there is no time limit for which you can use your credit. We do not accept product returns after 30 days unless the product has a manufacturing defect.  Manufacturing defects are covered for the life of the Infinity Tools branded product (see applicable manufacturer warranty information for all other items). You are responsible for return shipping costs associated with your product return.
Returns & Exchanges
To return any item within 30 days of purchase, please email customerservice@infinitytools.com to request a return merchandise authorization number. Restocking fees may apply. If you're returning an item because it was damaged in transit or you believe it is defective, please be sure to offer a detailed description of the problem in your email and also include photos of the damage to both the product and the packaging. For customers in any location, you have the option of using the carrier of your choice to return your order to us. We recommend shipping with a method which includes tracking and insurance for your return shipment. You are responsible for all freight costs associated with your product return.

- Gift certificates must be used to purchase goods and cannot be used toward additional gift certificates.
