Shipping

Q) What is the status of my order?

A) You can check on the status of your order multiple ways. The easiest way would be to Click Here to go to our order status page. If you placed an order while logged into your account, you can view your order history on your account page.

Q) When will I receive my stuff?

A) We do our very best to ship out all orders as soon as possible. If all products on the order are in stock when the order is placed, then the shipping method picked at checkout will determine how soon you get the order. If there are backordered or drop shipped products on the order, then shipping times may vary. You can view our shipping policies HERE.

Q) When will I get a tracking number for my order?

A) We send out tracking numbers once the order has been processed by our warehouse. If you place an order while logged into your account, we will use the email address on file. If you checkout as a guest you will be asked to provide a valid email address.

Q) Do you ship internationally?

Q) My order is over $100 but I'm still getting a shipping charge.

A) Most orders over $100.00 (after any discounts have been applied) to the contiguous United States will qualify for free shipping via our Standard Shipping Service. Certain exclusions to this free shipping qualification apply. Items that are overweight or oversized (example: Router Table Packages, Woodworking Machinery, Power Tools, etc.) may be excluded from any active free shipping promotion or offer.

Q) How can I tell if a product is in stock?

A) We make sure that it’s easy to tell if the product is in stock or not. On every product page you will see a status of “In Stock” or “Temporarily Out of Stock.” If an item is out of
stock, we will try to provide a date for when the product is expected back in stock. Please note, the expected back in stock dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. You can sign up for back in stock notifications and will receive an email once we receive the product in our warehouse.

Q) Do you ship to APO addresses?

A) Yes, you can use our standardshipping option during checkout to ship to an APO. APO orders will be shipped by USPS and may take a few more business days to be delivered.

Q) I'm getting an error at checkout, what does this mean?

A) Infinity Tools requires your web browser to accept cookies and to have javascript turned on in order to have our website work properly. Please make sure you are using an up to date version of your web browser. You may need to clear your browsers cache and refresh the page if you are experiencing issues logging in or checking out. If you continue to have problems, give us a call.

Q) When will my card be charged and is it safe to order online?

A) Most orders will be charged once it has been processed by our warehouse and is ready to ship out. If the order was placed via PayPal then all funds would be collected at the time of placing the order. Please note that drop shipped items may be charged even if the item has not been shipped out by the manufacturer.

Q) Can I use a Gift Card (from Visa/Mastercard/AMEX/Discover) on my purchase?

A) Gift Cards of this variety typically cannot be authorized for online purchases as they are formatted differently than standard credit/debit cards. That said, PayPal specifically designed a system to help online retailers deal with the inability to secure a standard Prepaid Gift Card transaction. Customers can associate Prepaid Gift Cards from Visa/Mastercard/AMEX/Discover as payment sources for their PayPal accounts. Please visit the PayPal landing page "How To Pay With Prepaid Gift Cards". Using this system, you can place an order on our site with the Prepaid Gift Cards via PayPal.
