We’re looking for an awesome Content Creator to join our marketing team. Do you make projects out of wood? Do you have your own Instagram account and do you follow other Makers on I.G.? Do you take great pictures of your woodwork and do you geek-out on woodworking tools and woodworking? Do you make your own jigs and fixtures to help with your woodworking projects? Perfect, we want to talk with you!
Your main responsibility will be to produce woodworking tool product videos and write blog posts about those tools. You’ll also take product photography that we’ll use for our website, print catalog and social media. There is also a good amount of new product development in this role and you’ll be able to make a big impact here if you enjoy designing new tools and can use AutoCAD or Sketchup.
You need to have a proven track record of working independently and on a team. We’d like to interview a ‘tinkerer’, someone that likes to find solutions to common woodworking challenges. The ideal candidate will be an avid woodworker that has experience with videography and photography. A writing background and a four-year college degree will
greatly increase your chances of success here.Â

Essential Responsibilities
• Produce and publish woodworking tool specific videos, blog posts and photography
• Write industry related content for our website, catalog and blog
• Update our social media accounts with product related posts and photography
• New woodworking tool design (jigs, fixtures, accessories and cutting tools)
• Communicate directly with suppliers regarding new product designs
Minimum Qualifications
• Four-year degree in Marketing, English, Journalism or relevant field
• No felonies or criminal offenses (back ground checks will be conducted)
• Valid driver’s license
• Must speak and write fluent English

Infinity Tools has an immediate opening for the right Customer Service Representative that has Woodworking Tool experience and can communicate with people on the phone and via email. The best person for this role will be someone who has an interest in woodworking, has completed woodworking projects with a variety of tools and has a high level of computer literacy with above average communication skills.Â
Infinity Cutting Tools has grown steadily over the last 18 years to become a leading online retailer of woodworking tools and supplies to customers all over the world. Our customers have come to love us not only for the outstanding quality of our products, but especially for the excellence of our customer service policies. They order from our website and also call our toll-free number to place orders and ask for advice. We also have a growing warehouse outlet store that has walk-in customers on a daily basis.Â
Now we need to fill a customer service position with a person who possesses the following traits.Â
You must possess:Â
• Knowledge of woodworking tools (this is an absolute must)Â
• A friendly personality that comes across in both phone and email conversationsÂ
• Above average written and verbal communication skillsÂ
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and ExcelÂ
• Excellent attention to detail and a highly organized mindsetÂ
• Ability to take notes and work independently to complete a variety of tasksÂ
You’ll also need:Â
• Minimum of an Associate’s degree from an accredited college or universityÂ
• Professional experience in customer service or sales, call center experience very acceptableÂ
• Knowledge of woodworking products and practices OR a background working with specialized tools in some capacityÂ
Duties include but not limited to:Â
• Inbound sales calls and answering customer service questions about woodworking toolsÂ
• Replying to customer questions and concerns via emailÂ
• Following up with product suppliers and updating inventory reportsÂ
• Assisting various department heads and executives with any number of tasks or projectsÂ

that has been doing business in the Oldsmar area for more than 18 years? We sell woodworking tools via our website and catalog and we need your help to ship customer orders. Can you read an order, find where it is in the warehouse, and pack it up in a box for shipping out to customers all over the world? Do you have experience in Receiving and do you know how to do light assembly? You'll be an important part of our warehouse team and we'll be depending on you to do a great job.
Essential Functions
• Work safely, thoughtfully, and accurately• Pick, pack, and ship orders• Receive products into inventory• Drive seated forklift• Perform routine inventory counts and adjustments• Light Assembly
Minimum Qualifications
