Small roundovers in places a bearing can't reach.

Most roundover bits are guided by a ball-bearing pilot, and the size of that bearing limits how tight a curve or corner the bit can follow. These bits use a solid 3/16" brass pilot instead.

The small pilot can follow tight inside curves and reach farther into inside corners, and brass is less likely than steel to dent or mark the edge it rides on.

That makes these bits a good fit for detailed edge work that a standard roundover bit can't do.

Choose your radius:

  • 1/16" radius – 5/16" cutter diameter, 3/8" cutting height
  • 1/8" radius – 7/16" cutter diameter, 7/16" cutting height
  • 1/4" radius – 11/16" cutter diameter, 1/2" cutting height
