These are the routing jigs included with our value-packed Tapered Dovetail Spline System packages.

Made from CNC-machined extruded aluminum then anodized for a protective finish, these router jigs create a precise, tapered groove for tapered dovetail splines. Includes Porter-Cable-style brass guide bushing and router bit.

12" Router Jig includes a 1/4"-shank, 1/2"-dia. x 1/2"-depth, 14° dovetail bit.

18" Router Jig includes a 1/2"-shank, 3/4"-dia. x 3/4"-depth, 14° dovetail bit.

PLEASE NOTE: The 18" Router Jig is required for making nested dovetails like those pictured here. This type of result is not possible with the 12" Router Jig.
