Infinity Tools Hook & Loop Foam Hand Sanding Pads
The key to a professional quality finish starts with great sanding. When it comes time for any hand sanding job, be sure to reach for one of our hook and loop sanding pads. Available in a 5” and 6” version, these pads allow you to use the same sanding disks as your random-orbit or DA sander. Made of high-density foam, they are firm for a comfortable grip and consistent results. Perfect for sanding raw wood or between coats of finish, these hand sanding pads are compatible with any hook and loop style sanding disks. We like to pair them with our Mirka Abranet 5" and 6" Mesh Grip Sanding Discs.
These discs are made of a polyamide nylon fabric where a normal sanding disc would be made of paper. Abrasive grains are bonded to that fabric, which allows air to pass through across the pad's entire surface area, whereas a paper disc would only allow suction through a limited number of pre-cut holes. The result is a sanding disc that can completely pull fine sanding dust through your sander's vacuum system. Plus, these discs will also outlast and outperform traditional paper sanding discs in every way.
