MicroJIG Woodworking Safety Tools, Push Blocks & Precision Jigs
MicroJIG builds tools that solve the two biggest challenges in production woodworking: safety and repeatability. Their GRR-RIPPER push block system is the benchmark for table saw and router table workpiece control, while the MatchFit dovetail clamping system transforms shop fixtures, sleds, and fences into modular workholding platforms that adapt to any operation in seconds.
The full MicroJIG lineup at Infinity Tools covers push blocks, featherboards, tapering jigs, dado setup tools, blade cleaners, and dovetail clamps and hardware. Whether you're outfitting a first shop or upgrading a production environment, MicroJIG tools integrate into existing table saw and router table setups without modification.
GRR-RIPPER Push Block System
The GRR-RIP Smart Hook Push Block is the starting point for most woodworkers. It straddles the saw kerf and grips the workpiece from above while a hook-style heel prevents trailing-end lift at the blade exit. For very narrow rips, the 1/8" Thin Stock Accessory extends reach to strips that standard push blocks cannot safely handle. The Gravity Heel Kit adds a weighted heel for added control during the final moment of the cut.
MatchFit Dovetail Clamping System
MatchFit begins with a 14-degree dovetail groove routed into any fixture surface. Sliding MatchFit Dovetail Clamps lock anywhere along the groove to hold workpieces without clamps projecting above the surface. The MatchFit Clamps with Infinity Dovetail Router Bit package provides the router bit needed to cut the groove. For dado setup and repeatability, the MatchFit Dado Stop Pro Package brings precision to the table saw sled. The MicroDial Tapering Jig handles angled work on both the table saw and router table.
