The BladeClean Blade and Bit Cleaning System by MicroJIG is the quickest, safest, and most enjoyable way to clean your saw blades and router bits. The all-in-one kit is compatible with saw blades (circular saw, table saw and miter saw blades) 7" up to 12" in diameter. The system is also set up to make cleaning router bits (1/4”, 1/2”, 6mm, 8mm and 12mm shank sizes) with the same ease.

Cleaning pitch and resin from blades and bits has historically been a messy job that requires storing cleaning liquid. The BladeClean system keeps everything tidy and contained saving time, money and hassle. BladeClean seals in liquid so it can be stored away for later use. You’ll already be set up the next time you need to clean a blade or bit.
The included magnetic handle attaches to your saw blade, keeping your hands away front the cleaning solution, and lets you avoid handling a slippery saw blade. No need to use a wire brush on the blade teeth. The replaceable scouring pad (that remains in the bottom of the well) is uniquely suited to reach every nook and cranny of your saw blade at once. Our testing shows that the average woodworker will get several hundred cleanings before needing to replace the pad. Clean an entire side of the blade in a single motion. You can use your preferred cleaner, including Boeshield Blade & Bit Cleaner, Simple Green, Fabuloso, Pinesol, or whatever you like. No need for harsh solvents and chemicals.
The router bit holder lets you soak and clean up to five bits in record time using the included scouring discs. Compatible with 1/4”, 1/2”, 6mm, 8mm, and 12mm shank sizes. We recommend removing bearings from bits before submerging them in the cleaning solution as many common household cleaners contain degreaser and can affect the bearing’s performance.
