Your Table Saw Has Two Miter Slots, So Use Both Of Them!
The Infinity Tools TCS-200 Professional Saw Crosscut Sled leverages the relatively universal design of the table saw—trimming a bit of the fat but also taking advantage of some of that machine’s basic attributes to maximize efficiency. With 12 inches of cutting capacity, this new sled keeps things relatively simple, but has features that even the most complex systems seem to overlook.
Features:
-
Dual Zero Clearance Throat Plates - The TCS-200 has two replaceable HDPE Zero Clearance Throat Plates on either side of the sled and will work on both miter slot of most saws.* Move from a zero clearance 90° cross cut to a zero clearance cut of a different blade bevel or kerf—or even a dado stack—simply by switching slots.
-
Replaceable Parts for Endless Zero Clearance Setups - If two zero clearance options isn't enough, we also offer the TCS-200.CRP Replacement Kit. The Replacement Kit includes another sacrificial rear fence and two additional throat plates. You could even switch between a cabinet saw in the shop to a contractor saw on the jobsite. Quick Tip: mark and retain your extra fences and plates with the blade kerf and angle, to easily switch between tailor-made zero clearance set ups on every cut you make.
-
Flip Stop - Make quick work of repetitive cuts with the included flip stop. It slides along the t-track top rail, allowing it to be positioned anywhere along the fence. When you’re done, just flip it up and out of the way.
-
Toggle Clamp Hold Down - Helpful for longer workpieces or where you want to prevent a drop off piece from tilting, negating the need for a separate offcut platform. Like the flip stop, it is mounted to the top rail for variable positioning. 100-660 Toggle Clamp Kit also available separately
-
Heavy Duty Vertical Toggle Clamp - 500 lb. clamping force
- Oversize Swiveling Clamp Foot - swivel mounted foot over an inch in diameter with a 6-inch spindle, accommodates a vast array of shapes and sizes.
-
Zero Play Miter Bar - Spring loaded ball detents set into the miter bar ensure the sled will fit tightly in most any miter slot, with very little slop
-
Blade Guard and Handle - The Removable Blade Guard deflects chips and helps keep your hands safely away from the blade. The robust handle provides secure grip for handling the sled and also doubles as a convenient hanger.
-
Sturdy Plycore Construction with MicroDot Laminate - Constructed from ¾” void free plycore with MicroDot laminate on all top and inner surfaces and melamine laminate on the bottom and outer surfaces.
-
Cut Capacity - The TCS-200 is 12" deep for cross cuts on wide pieces. The sled’s nearly 24” width provides support on both sides of the blade.
*Let us beat you to the punch: yes, you can probably find a saw with which our sled is not compatible. Rest assured, however, we have meticulously tested this sled on every table saw we could get our hands on, and tried to gather as many specs as possible from manufacturers to make sure our sled works with the most makes and models, within the given dimensional parameters. This sled is designed to work with table saws with standard ¾” x 3/8” miter tracks 4-½” to 7-1/2” measured from the center of the track to the saw blade. If uncertain, please get in contact with us and we'd be happy to help you out.
