Precision manufactured replacement inserts for our SawStop Jobsite Contractor Saw Zero Clearance aluminum throat plate. Made from a solid sheet of black phenolic plastic and CNC cut with dovetailed edges to perfectly fit inside the 100-352 ZCI, so replacing one insert for another every time you change saw blades is a snap. The high gloss phenolic material provides an extremely low friction surface for your work to pass over. Works with or without the Jobsite Saw's riving knife for maximum safety in any kind of cut.

Although there was a minor adjustment necessary, the cost of this item more than makes up for the required fix. The cost of this item, with a 2-Pc. Inserts pack, is about the same cost as 3 of the SawStop Inserts. Any additional inserts I purchase are 1/4th the cost (2 are still half as inexpensive) as the SawStop replacement zero inserts. After following the installation instructions, the only adjustment I had to make was a 1/4" hole in the plastic/fiber plate. This plate was difficult to slide into the Aluminum plate, until I made this hole just over the Allen screw that is meant for adjusting the plate hight. I can now adjust all 4 screws and when I need to slide the plastic/fiber plate out, simply lower the Allen screw below. Perfect fit and works 10 times better than the plate that came with my saw.

It's much more substantial than the insert that comes with the SS JSS and the ability to just change an insert without having to buy a whole unit will save money in the long run. Mine arrived with one of the four leveling threaded screws missing and also the screw that snaps the insert into place. I scavenged those from the old insert and that worked fine.

Ordered on 9th, had to call looking for my stuff, received on 24th. USPS box had hole in it, the anodized surface is scratched in a few places, otherwise looks OK. Hope to utilize this weekend, could had used it two weeks ago. Contact me soon and I'll tell you more...
