The Rout-R-Plate is a perfectly flat, rigid, and durable mounting solution for reliable use in any router table application. Accurate plate positioning is ensured with the eight-position set-screw plate leveling system. The dimensions of the plate are 9-1/4" x 11-3/4" and will fit our universal router table top (item RTT-002).

The ROUT-R-PLATE includes a convenient center hole bushing used to align the router so it is centered in the bit hole. The plate center hole is machined to 3-5/8" so it is large enough to accept even the largest router bits, and it includes two additional insert rings - one with 2" diameter and one for standard sized template guide bushings. Includes a starting pin for fence-free routing.

Which model (Jessem Rout-R-Plate, Infinity insert, Woodpeckers pre-drilled or undrilled) is best for a Milwaukee 5616-24? It needs to fit exactly, with a minimum of excess holes. Table is home-made. I need to be able to fine-tune the top surface of the plate to my table top so it stays level. These look very similar, and I need to make sure I'm not missing something. Please point out any important differences for my application if you could. I just want to make the right decision the first time. See more »

I would recommend the Jessem route-r-plate, it is not pre-drilled and you can drill for the router itself and the above table adjustment wrench. I do not believe any of the pre-drilled plate will allow for above table height adjustment with your specific router.

Can this plate be pre-drilled for a Porter-Cable 690? The description says 8 leveling screws but I see 10 holes plus the four corner holes. What are the other two holes for? How thick is it? What type of screws are in the four corners, machine screws, wood screws or something else? What does the table need for the four corner screws? Thank you See more »

This plate does not come pre-drilled for any routers, you will need to drill the mounting holes. this plate does have 10 leveling screws, three each on the long edges and 2 each on the short. this plate is 3/8" thick. The type of screws used in the 4 corners depends entirely on your router table.

With respect to the Rout-R-Plate by JessEm; The information on your site states; The dimensions of the plate are 9-1/4" x 11-3/4" and will fit our universal router table top (item RTT-002). The plate measures 8-1/4" x 11-3/4" to allow it to fit in most standard-sized router table tops. What is the actual plate dimensions; 8 1/4 or 9 1/4? I am looking for a replacement for a Bench Dog plate measuring 11 3/4 x 8 1/4. Will this fit? See more »

The jessem route-r-plate is 9-1/4" x 11-3/4" as is the Infinity router table top RTT-002. We do not sell a plate to fit the smaller Benchdog opening.
