By not supporting your stock close to the saw blade's teeth the standard throat plate will allow your workpiece to chip and tear on the bottom of the cut. Worse yet, small pieces can fall in the gap between blade and saw creating a dangerous kickback situation or even ruing your saw blade.

No, the 20mm arbor is larger than 5/8" and will require blades with a 20mm arbor hole. we do not have any blades available for a tablesaw with a 20mm arbor.
The blades only come in a 5/8" bore.
As long as the tablesaw has a 3/4" x 3/8" miter slot it should work. the 1.4" flat top blade will allow you to make 1/4" wide fingers and groves to make up the joint. It also works really nicely to make grooves for 1/4" drawer bottoms.
