Precision Miter Bar With Adjustable Spring Plungers - Fits Standard 3/8" x 3/4" Miter Slots

This universal plunger-style miter bar is a high quality accessory that is perfect for custom fixture making and more. The spring loaded side plungers remove any slop between the miter bar and your miter track. The plungers also allow the miter bar to effortlessly glide inside the miter track. This gives you a high level of accuracy that is very important when making precision jigs and fixtures. The round disk at the end of the bar allows you to "lock" your fixtures in place. Removable when using regular U channel tracks.

We developed this miter bar specifically for use with our new and improved Professional Coping Sled, COP-200, but it can be used for any custom fixture in your shop. For ultimate flexibility, our steel miter bar attaches to the base of the sled in one of two positions, allowing you to keep the sled further or closer to the cutter. Our miter bar allows you to use the Professional Coping Sled in your router table, shaper table, table saw or any machine in your shop that accepts a 3/4" miter bar.
