No More Hardwood Guides - Year Round Precision Regardless Of The Weather!

The ZeroPlay Guide Bar is a “One-Touch Calibration” miter bar (9 ½” in length) that has two stacked half bars with opposing wedges that expand parallel evenly to fit the exact width of a standard miter slot for a perfect fit and smooth glide, even fits tricky Shopsmith™ or General’s miter slots. The old method of making guide bars out of wood (yes, even plywood) is a thing of the past. The MicroJIG Zero Play system won't swell and shrink with seasonal humidity.

Our full ZeroPlay Guide Bar System comes with two bars and two stops. This package is great for serious woodworkers who build multiple jigs and recognize the value of a simple, exact, and trustworthy miter bar. Great for replacing your current runners or building new ZeroPlay Jigs. If you're feeling creative, use two ZeroPlay Guide bars in tandem for building larger, more elaborate, jigs as well.

Features Include:

Create perfectly square cross cut jigs WITHOUT any trial and error set-screw adjustment along the miter bar

Easily square jig to the blade adjustment while securing through the top of the sled - Top Down Installation

Build small cut-off jig easy to carry and store, or build large jig with ZeroPlay Guide Bars in tendon with custom spacing

Replace worn and warped wood runners and aluminum bars that can be a hassle to calibrate

Retro-Fit your existing cross-cut jigs for improved precision

Accurately check alignment of saw blade to the miter slot with a dial-indicator (not included)

Build your own unique jig or jigs with included plan

ZeroPlay Stops serve as an anchor for your clamping devices within the miter slot – shop build clamp plan included

Build table saw coving fence with the ZeroPlay Stop

ZeroPlay Stops limit the travel distance for specialty jig
