Quick Release Toggle Clamps With Adjustable Rubber Tip
Our toggle clamps are ideal for creating your own hold-downs, jigs & fixtures. You can actuate their strong cam-action locking system with one hand and the system makes sure to apply the pressure precisely where you need it. Made from high-grade steel and featuring a fully adjustable rubber padded tip, they will not mar your work surface. 100-526QS is the most common toggle clamp we sell and now features our new Quick Set System. The QSS offers fast and convenient tool-less Pressure Pad adjustments, no more messing around with inconvenient adjustment nuts.
Both bodies measure 7" long and 3" tall when fully engaged, and 4" long by 4-1/2" tall when completely opened. And they can develop 225 pounds of maximum clamping force,
The clamping pad sizes range from 1/2" diameter for the 100-526QS, and 1-1/2" for the 100-528. The clamp body exerts the same force between the two clamps, and both have a 2-3/4" capacity. The difference is in work holding. The choice is yours for how is best to clamp your work in your situation.
