The JessEm Mast-R-Fence III sets a new standard for router table accuracy, aesthetics, and durability. Manufactured entirely in Canada, this fence brings together advanced materials and smart design to deliver a tool that’s as beautiful as it is functional.

Solid Build, Premium Components

• Flat, rigid base: A red phenolic base ensures a perfectly flat, stable platform for your fence setup.
• Anodized aluminum extrusion: The upright fence body is built from precision-machined 6061 aluminum with a sleek black anodized finish for strength and style.
• Machined “high-boy” knobs: Unlike typical plastic knobs, the Mast-R-Fence III uses knob controls crafted from 6061 aluminum for durability and a premium feel.
• Maple sub-fences: The two split sub-fence faces are made of torrefied maple, cut, machined, and laser-engraved in JessEm’s facility. They can be tool-free adjusted from behind.
• Robust hardware: All fasteners and components are stainless steel or aluminum—no plastic parts where strength matters.

Precision & Adjustment Features

• Shimming capability: Included shimming bars let you offset the outfeed fence face by 1/32" or 1/16" for jointing or fine-tuning. They store neatly on the back when not in use.
• Micro adjuster compatibility: The fence is ready to accept JessEm’s Micro Adjuster (04550) for ultra-fine fence positioning (1/256" graduations).
• Dual dust port support: The fence supports a 2-1/4" inside / 2-1/2" outside diameter dust connection, letting you connect your vacuum system cleanly behind the split fence.

• Fence length: 36" (approx.)
• Height: ~3-5/8" (upright extrusion)
• Fits tables: up to 32" wide
• Table thickness allowed: 3/4" to 1-1/2"
• Works on all JessEm tops and can mount via direct side brackets or T-slots spaced 17" apart.
