JessEm Clear Cut FLEX Stock Guides

Introducing Clear-Cut™ FLEX Stock Guides, Jessem’s cost-effective yet precision-built solution for safer, smoother routing. Drawing on years of experience with their original Clear-Cut system, the FLEX version maintains key performance features at an accessible price point. 

Manufactured from glass-filled polyamide, these stock guides deliver strength, durability, and reliable performance.  The rollers are mounted at 5° angles to guide material firmly toward the fence, increasing stability and minimizing drift during routing.

They use one-way roller bearings, which spin only in the feed direction, effectively preventing kickback and boosting operator safety.  Coupled with urethane rollers that maintain a firm grip on workpieces, the system ensures secure holding and accuracy while cutting.

All roller axles are made from cold-rolled, case-hardened steel, while the rollers themselves use wear-resistant acetal resin. Traction tires are molded from urethane to provide long life and consistent grip. 

Designed to mount into a standard ¼" T-slot, these guides are compatible with most router table fences on the market. 

Setup:

Setup is intuitive: the guides lock into position along your fence using a pivot knob, and height adjustments are handled via adjustable locking handles that keep settings stable even under extended use.  With 2¾" of total adjustment, the FLEX Stock Guides offer ample range to support wide boards and panels while keeping material pressed reliably against your fence.
