You can pick either a 1/4" or 1/2" Inside Diameter (I.D.) to match your router bit's shank, then choose your preferred Outside Diameter (O.D.) bearing.

They enable easy pattern routing with straight bits and can be added to flush-trim bits for above- and below-the-workpiece routing.
