NEW - Height & Offset Adjustable Safety Visor
Our Professional Coping Sled uses an exclusive 3/8" thick see-through polycarbonate visor mounted on solid aluminum posts to ride along your router table fence and guide the sled and workpiece through the cut. The visor keeps the sled's aluminum base away from the spinning cutter and acts as a protective barrier between you and the workpiece. The visor's height is now adjustable and can be set at either 2-1/2” or 3” from the table to the bottom of the visor making it compatible with virtually every router table fence on the market. We've also increased the visor's versatility by allowing an offset of up to 1-7/8" from the sled's base. Now you can run even the largest router bits without cutting into the aluminum base.
NEW - Low Friction Base For Easy Glide Performance
Each Professional Coping Sled now includes a die-cut low friction film that adheres to the bottom of the sled. This film allows the sled to glide effortlessly through the cut and eliminates any chances of metal on metal contact that can scratch either the sled base or your table's surface.
What's The Difference Between Our Two Sleds?
COP-200 features standard toggle clamps that can be manually adjusted for workpieces from 5/8" to 1-1/4" thick. COP-201 includes upgraded auto-adjust toggle clamps. These clamps allow you to set your desired clamping force and never need to be adjusted when working with materials of different thicknesses from 5/8" to a full 2" thick.
Don't forget to pick up an optional SET-COP Coping Sled setup block to raise any router bit setup block to match the base height of the coping sled.

The optional miter bar COP-MB1 (see below) can be attached to the sled's base in one of two places and allows you to guide the sled in your router table, shaper table, or table saw's 3/4" miter slot. This exclusive new design gives you the ultimate flexibility and makes our sled the most versatile on the market.
