Our Wainscot Router Bit (02-510), is designed to work with our Tongue & Groove router bit sets to easily reproduce decorative paneling found in 17th & 18th century homes. Conveniently offered in two money saving sets, choose item 00-510 for stock thickness from 5/8" to 3/4" or item 00-511 for material from 1/2" to 3/8".

With our new Wainscot router bit sets you can produce flawless wainscot paneling for any room in your house including custom furniture building. Use the 1/2" diameter bearing when working with 3/4" thick stock and the 5/8" diameter bearing when using 5/8" thick stock.

Like all of our router bits, this cutter is manufactured to the tightest tolerances using the most advanced 5-axis computerized grinding centers. This ensures optimum clearance angles along the entire cutting edge, which results in a clean, burn-free cut that requires little to no sanding.
