Inspired by Colonial Williamsburg Furniture of the 17th and 18th centuries, these 7 router bits are ideal for making period furniture molding, panel molding, waist moldings and more. Similar to actual moldings found in homes of this period, they would have originally been made with scratch stocks or molding planes but now they can be created using the router.
These router bit profiles take inspiration from several specific design periods. Some of these designs can find roots as far back as the 17th-century period of American furniture as well as the Baroque period and carry right on into the Queen Ann and Neoclassical/Federal periods. In short, if you appreciate classic American furniture and architectural millwork, this is a must-have set.
You can purchase the bits individually or pick up the entire set for one great price and received a complimentary wooden box to store them!
