Tongue & Groove Flooring Router Bit Set – Make Hardwood Flooring up to 1-1/8" Thick

Woodworkers love to make custom flooring, and this matched 2-piece set is built for it. Mill your own hardwood flooring from stock up to 1-1/8" thick with a joint that goes together tight, board after board.

The tongue cutter features a 1/2° angle, which produces a slight gap at the bottom of the joint so the boards close up tight at the face. The tongue and groove cuts are also offset approximately 1/16" to allow room for expansion. Each set is C.N.C. machined to guarantee a perfect fit between the two bits, and we finish every bit with our silver non-stick coating for years of trouble-free service.
