Clamping the work and template together with the jig is faster than using double-face tape or nails, and it insures consistent positioning of panels and rails for repeatable results.

The jig base is made of sturdy 1/2" phenolic. It is drilled to accept our optional 500 lb. toggle clamps (100-525), of which two are required.

Yes. Optional 500 lb. toggle clamps (100-526, two required) are available to replace the standard clamps and can be added at any time for maximum holding power.

Yes. The Frame & Panel Master quickly converts between rails and panels, so you can machine both parts of a door without changing your setup approach.
