Making flat panel doors with a plywood panel? Our Plywood Panel Kit (83-048) will allow you to make a 5.5mm tongue and groove joint for undersized veneered plywood panels. This kit works with all three Interior & Exterior Shape-Up door-making shaper sets; 83-040, 83-042 and 83-044. Simply replace the spacer and the slot cutter with those found in this kit and you'll be making a 5.5mm tongue and groove joint to fit common store bought undersized 1/2" plywood.
