Arrived in USPS mailer with no wrap. Plastic sleeve severely dented, with clear indications of bit outline imprint. Not going to wind this up to 18000 rpm with carbide bits. Recycling.

The bit should have been shipped with a protective wax coating covering the carbide cutting edges of the bit, inside of a heavy plastic zip top pouch, and packed in a mailing box with bio degradable packing peanuts to protect the bit while in transit. If the bit you received was damaged when it arrived please email us at customerservice@infinitytools.com and we would be happy to help. We checked our records and have not received any communication from you regarding a damaged shipment.
