General Finishes Dry Time Extender 
I realized as soon as I placed my order that I had my work address instead on home, and emailed customer service. I was told it was too late to correct the address since the order was in process. However, it didn't ship until the next day, so I don't feel anyone tried very hard to help me change the address on my order.
Customer Service I went to the site knowing they stocked what I was looking for. I easily located the product. From there on out the experience was pretty standard online shopping. Product shipped and was delivered promptly.
Reason this customer chose these productsI own other Narex tools and they are of good quality. There are not many hand stitched rasps that are not prohibitively expensive.
