Mide 11,4 cm de alto y 1,9 cm de grosor, y está fresado con CNC a partir de fenólico sólido. Su tamaño permite su instalación en vallas de 9,5 cm de alto tras instalar un punto de conexión para riel en T en la superficie superior.

I don't see any reason that end grain would cause an issue.Jjust make sure your router bit is nice and sharp.
Paint thinner or Odie's Safer Solvent works well and should not damage the plastic templates.

The included bit has a 1/8" cutting diameter and a 1/4" shank. It should fit your router without issue.
The Multi Layer Inlay Systems are designed to be decorative and make inlays up to roughly 1/4" thick. Depending on the size of the crack needing to be stabilized they may or not be an ideal choice.
