Dust Collection Flanges, Hoods & Floor Sweeps for Woodshop Machines
Capturing dust at its source is the most effective strategy for keeping a woodshop clean and protecting your lungs. This collection covers the connection hardware that links your machines and work surfaces to a dust collection system—including machine-specific flanges for table saws and jointers, universal hoods for routers and sanders, and floor sweeps for cleaning up fine dust that settles between machine runs.
Machine-specific flanges attach directly to the dust port opening of a particular tool to create a sealed, efficient connection. The 14" table saw flange and 12" table saw flange fit the shroud openings on common cabinet and contractor saws. Jointer users can choose between the 8-1/2" jointer flange and 6-1/2" jointer flange to match their machine's chip opening.
Hoods, Floor Sweeps, and Universal Options
For tools without a dedicated port, dust hoods capture chips and fine particles from above or at the side of the cut zone. The Big Gulp Dust Hood handles high-volume chip sources, while the Mini Gulp Dust Hood is sized for routers, scroll saws, and smaller benchtop tools. The 21" floor sweep connects to your dust collector hose for vacuuming fine dust from shop floors. The 6" universal flange and 2-1/2" universal dust port provide flexible connection points for machines without a purpose-built fitting.
