I realized as soon as I placed my order that I had my work address instead on home, and emailed customer service. I was told it was too late to correct the address since the order was in process. However, it didn't ship until the next day, so I don't feel anyone tried very hard to help me change the address on my order.

I went to the site knowing they stocked what I was looking for. I easily located the product. From there on out the experience was pretty standard online shopping. Product shipped and was delivered promptly.

I own other Narex tools and they are of good quality. There are not many hand stitched rasps that are not prohibitively expensive.
