Engineered by Woodworkers. Manufactured To The Strictest Standards. Built for Clean, Accurate Cuts And A Long Service Life.

At Infinity Tools, saw blades are not just another great product line we offer. They are part of our D.N.A. and everything our brand stands for. Every Infinity Tools woodworking saw blade is designed, specified, and quality-controlled by our team to meet the demands of serious woodworkers, cabinetmakers, furniture builders, trim carpenters, and professional shops. From the Chrome Armor coated steel plate to the carbide tips, tooth geometry, tensioning, grinding, and final inspection, our woodworking saw blades are built to deliver the clean cuts, smooth feed rate, and long service life our customers expect.

Top 10 Reasons Why Our Chrome Armor Coating Is Superior

  1. Superior Wear Resistance – Resists abrasion far better than Teflon-coated or non-coated blades.
  2. Longer Blade Life – Maintains cutting performance longer under heavy industrial use.
  3. Better Heat Resistance – Withstands high cutting temperatures without degrading.
  4. Improved Corrosion Protection – Protects saw blades from rust, moisture, and chemical exposure better than bare steel.
  5. Excellent Scratch Protection – Resists scratching and surface damage better than Teflon coatings.
  6. Built for Industrial Performance – Designed for high-speed, high-production cutting environments.
  7. Reduced Pitch and Resin Buildup – Helps minimize resin buildup while lasting much longer than Teflon.
  8. Better Re-Sharpening Durability – Holds up better during repeated sharpening and regrinding.
  9. Maintains Blade Stability and Precision – Helps preserve blade balance, tension, and cutting accuracy over time.
  10. Preferred by Professionals – Delivers the best combination of durability, heat resistance, corrosion protection, and long-term value.

You'll See And Feel The Difference With Every Cut.

From smooth crosscuts to clean rips, Infinity Tools saw blades are engineered to deliver the kind of performance you've come to depend on from our premium woodworking tools brand.

Facotory-Direct Woodworking Saw Blades Without The Middle-Man Markups

There is a difference between a company that simply puts its name on a blade and a company that controls the specifications behind it.

Infinity Tools saw blades are manufactured to our requirements using premium materials, advanced production equipment, and the most stingent quality standards. We determine the blade design, tooth count, grind, kerf, plate thickness, carbide grade, and intended application so each blade performs the way it should in your shop.

Whether you are ripping hardwood, crosscutting plywood, cutting melamine, sizing cabinet parts, or looking for a premium all-purpose table saw blade, Infinity Tools has the circular saw blade you need.

How Infinity Tools Circular Saw Blades Make The Cut

Built From Premium Saw Blade Steel

A great circular saw blade starts with the plate.

Infinity Tools uses only high-quality cold-rolled, hardened, and tempered steel plates selected for their stability, strength, and consistent performance under load. The plate is the foundation of the blade. If it flexes, warps, vibrates, or loses tension, the cut suffers.

That is why our blades are manufactured with precision-cut plates designed to run true, reduce vibration, and hold their geometry through repeated use in the shop.

Laser-Cut Precision for Better Balance and Stability

Each of our woodworking saw blades begins life on an industrial C.N.C. laser. The body, expansion slots, arbor hole, tooth layout, and vibration-reducing features are cut with precision so the saw blade starts with the correct geometry before the carbide is ever added.

This matters because saw blade performance is not only about sharp teeth. A premium woodworking saw blade also needs a stable body, specialized geometry and proper tensioning to reduce runout and improve cut quality.

The result is a saw blade that runs smoother, cuts cleaner, and performs with the kind of consistency serious woodworkers expect.

  • Premium Carbide Tips for Long-Lasting Cutting Performance

The cutting edge is where our woodworking saw blades prove themselves.

Infinity Tools woodworking saw blades use premium 'Euro' style C4 micrograin carbide tips selected for durability, edge retention, and clean cutting performance. Each carbide tooth is brazed to the plate and then precision-ground to the correct profile for the blade’s intended use.

Different cuts demand different tooth geometry. A ripping saw blade, crosscut saw blade, and general purpose saw blade should not all be built the same. That's why Infinity Tools saw blades are engineered around the material and the cut, giving you cleaner results, a smoother finish and longer blade life.

Precision Induction Brazing for Strength and Consistency

Each carbide tooth is attached through a controlled brazing process designed to create a strong, reliable bond between the carbide tip and the steel plate. Our 'Tri-Metal' brazing material combines silver solder with a copper core to help absorb shock while working, extending tool life and providing unmatched cut quality.

There are other methods that are faster and cheaper for attaching carbide to steel, like open flame brazing. But none are as accurate or produce a better joint. Avoid inferior quality saw blades with poor brazing that often leads to inconsistent performance, premature tooth failure, and reduced blade life.

Infinity Tools blades are produced with careful attention to tooth placement, bond quality, and repeatability so every blade is built to perform safely and consistently.

Mirror-Finish Grinding Produces The Cleanest And Most Accurate Cuts

After brazing, the C4 micrograin carbide tips are ground to a true mirror finish. Our saw blade teeth have been compared to the finest glass mirrors and that's a finish you won't find on inferior quality saw blades.

What does a mirror-finish mean for the woodworker?

First, the polished surface creates the finest cutting edge and allows our saw blades to produce the cleanest cuts possible.

Second, the highly polished surfaces shed most of the pitch and gum that sticks to the imperfections of more coarse ground teeth.

So our saw blades cut better and stay sharp longer than the competiton.

A Trained Craftsman With A Critical Eye

State-of-the-art saw blade construction and techniques are only the beginning. A trained technician with an eye for detail is the finishing touch. None of our premium saw blades make it to your shop without passing our thorough quality control checklist.

From tooth geometry to blade flatness and runout, inspection helps ensure the finished blade meets the performance standards woodworkers expect from the Infinity Tools brand of permium woodworking tools.
