The JessEm Stainless Steel Tool Setting Gauge is a premium setup tool designed to simplify and precision-tune your entire workshop. Whether you’re adjusting router bits, table saw blade height, drill press depth, or fence settings, this gauge does it all - vertically or horizontally. 

Crafted with High-Quality Materials

• 14-gauge stainless steel body: Both the “large” and “small” versions are made from robust 14-gauge stainless, offering exceptional durability and resistance to wear. 
• Precision internal components: All internal parts are crafted from stainless steel and machined in-house using Swiss lathes for tight tolerances. 
• Brass adjustment knob: A machined brass tightening wheel enables smooth, consistent adjustments. Paired with outer washers, it minimizes friction and gives precise control. 

Accurate & Repeatable Adjustments

• Micro-detents at 1/16" increments: The gauge includes 1/16" detents for reliable repeatability and fine tuning. 
• Travel range: The large version offers a max travel of 3-3/8", while the small version reaches just under 2" of travel. 
• Dual orientation use: Can be used both vertically or horizontally, making it versatile for setting heights or depths anywhere in your shop.
