Flush-trimming is one of the most common operations for a router in the workshop. Our solid-carbide, spiral router bits are manufactured to extremely tight tolerances from C4 micrograin carbide. These flush-trim spiral router bits start out sharper and stay sharp longer than conventional flush-trim router bits.

All Spiral router bits on this page feature a 1/2" Shank x 1/2" Cutter Diameter. 

Assembled using two high quality bearings, this guide system provides plenty of surface to engage a template or pattern. With two flutes for maximum cutting efficiency and a glass-smooth finish, choose the downcut bit for the cleanest cut on the bottom side of your workpiece or choose the upcut bit for the smoothest surface on the top side of your workpiece.
