We do not offer custom profiles at this time. However, our Insert Pro high-speed tool heads present an option for custom profiles. By purchasing a head, such as the 80-010, and a set of blank knives SIK-500, you can have your desired profile machined into those knives. Please note, the head comes with a 1-1/4" bore; if you require use on a 30mm spindle, you’ll need a set of T-Bushings BUS-110. This setup enables you to achieve a custom profile tailored to your specific needs.
