Infinity Tools 1/2" Shank Window Sash Router Bit Sets
Can this be used for 1-3/4" 4-panel doors? The panels are 1/2" insulated glass.

Our window sash sets are designed to work with stock ranging in thickness of 1-1/8" - 1-1/4" or 1-3/8" - 1-5/8". We do not have a sash set specifically for 1-3/4" stock. The large window sash set can be used in stock thicker than 1-5/8" but you will have to remove the material that remains above the slot cutter to finish the rabbet for the glass, this rabbet will also be deeper, which can be an advantage if using insulated glass units.
