No, any cutters used for precise joinery such as rale and stile cannot be sharpened. You could possibly do a light hone on them but not sharpened. In the sharpening process material is removed thus changing the profile, material would need to be removed or added to the adjoining profile to compensate for the material removal during sharpening. When the utters become dull it's simply time to replace them. that's the beauty of insert tooling if the cutters needs to be sharpened you can simply replace them without replacing the entire cutter head.
