My DigiAlign miter slot runner pops up as I slide it. Adjusting the bearings didn?t help. Any advice on fixing this issue?

I recently purchased a DigiAlign for my table saw tuning. The runner that sits in the miter slot will pop up as I slide it forward and back. I've tried to adjust the bearings on the side, but the popping stil occurs. Any idea what's going on? Thank yo
