Product says clamps work from 3/4? to 2? thick. Can this coping sled be used with stock thinner than 3/4??

The auto adjust clamps on the COP-101 will clamp stock slightly less than 3/4" thick, however for material thinner than 3/4" we do recommend using a small block to act as a spacer to insure proper clamping force. The clamping range is optimized for copin
