Unfortunately we do not have a 146" blade available.
My Felder FB450 bandsaw needs a 3710mm blade. Is your 144? blade too short by 1/2 inch? Infinity Tools Resaw Bandsaw Blades
My Felder FB450 bandsaw takes a 3710mm blade and there is a +/- tolerance of 40mm. According to my calculation your 144 inch blade is about 1/2 inches too short.
