Do you have a detailed drawing of the 55-801 Window sash router bit, and can the bearing be changed to a thicker one for 7/16” tenons?

Do you have a detailed drawing of your 55-801 Window sash router bit? I'm trying to match the 100 year old windows in my house and yours look like it might work. I can accept any type of file, including CAD (dfx or similar). Thanks. Also can the bearing be changed to a thicker one? My existing window tenons are 7/16" thick.

Unfortunately no, we do not have a measured drawing available for these bits currently. If you would like to send us an email to Customerservice@infinitytools.com with pictures and measurements of the sash you are trying to recreate we would be happy to help if we can. The bearing on this set cannot be interchanged .
