We sell router bit sets specifically for making interior and exterior doors here. https://www.infinitytools.com/rail-st.... When set up to make an exterior door they will work in 1-3/4" material. the will make a 1/2" tongue and groove profile. If all you need to make is a 3/4" groove any 3/4" diameter straight bit should do the trick.
