The answer is yes to all. The only thing you will need is a set of 1-1/4" to 30mm T-Bushings. Either BUS-109 or BUS-110 will do the trick. https://www.infinitytools.com/t-bushi.... All of out cutters can be used with a power feeder without issue, and we ship to our friends up north all the time.
