Does the TSRT-029 include the router plate, router and table fence. Is there anything else I would need or want to add this to my Porter Cable PCB270TS table saw.

No, the TSRT-029 is the tabletop and stand only. If you are looking for a complete package I recommend looking at the TSRP-029 this is a complete package and includes a triton router. https://www.infinitytools.com/tablesa...
