Can I buy extra speed nuts for the Adjustable Frame Clamp (Item 100-596)? I need more for my frame set. JessEm Rout-R-Lift Prestige for Plunge Based Routers

I have a Porter Cable plunge router model 7539. It is an older router and is discontinued by Porter Cable. Will the lift you advertise for plunge routers fit this model?
