I can't remove the original feather from my GuidePro extension. The allen wrench doesn’t fit. What should I use?
BOW Products GuidePRO Resaw Featherboard for Bandsaws
I just purchased the GuidePro and the extension to assist with resawing. I am trying to add the extension but I can't remove the original feather from the original. The allen wrench supplied doesn't seem to fit the screws that are holding the feather in place and I don't seem to have and tool that fits those screws, even though I have dozens of sizes and shaped. What should I be using to loosen those screws so I can switch to the taller version?

The screws in the Guide Pro body are not loosened or removed to change the feather. The silicone feather is a friction fit to the body and can be pulled or slid out of the body without tools. When installing the tall extension for the first time a small amount of lubricant or even sawdust rubbed onto the feather will help it slide into the body.
