As long as the insert plate in question measures 9-1/4" x 11-3/4" (which I believe it is) yes to both questions.

Does this RTI-DIY template kit work with cutting out a pattern in a solid wood tabletop to match INCRA MagnaLOCK router insert plates? Also, is the RTT-IRS steel insert ring compatible with the leveling adjusters for the same INCRA plates?
