Can I buy the premium coping sled, cop block, and clamps together, or do I need to purchase each item separately?

I want the premium coping sled and with the cop block for spacing and the clamps that will take the thickest material... can I buy one as a set up or do I have to purchase everything separately? I also want the hold down wheels that replace the feather boards
