What’s the diameter of the small tube on your dust shroud? Can it connect with PVC or shop vac pipe for a better fit?
DRILLNADO Drill Press Dust Collection System
I use a heavy-duty fence on my drill press much of the time. Due to the fence's height, I foresee that the wide accordion portion of this dust shroud would often land on top of the fence when drilling line holes close to the edge of a work piece, sometimes keeping the business end from reaching down as close to the surface of the work piece as would be optimal for collection. What is the diameter of the small tube that normally makes contact (or comes close to it) with the top of the work piece? Specifically, is it a size that could readily connect with a short piece of standard PVC pipe or a section of standard diameter shop vac pipe?

Both the Drillnado and the Drillnado XL include a 2" long 2.5" ID clear acrylic tube that attaches to the end of the accordion shroud. If your application called for a longer tube you would need to source something with a 2.5" ID.
