I would like to order the electric 2 lines of text with double curl. Is BY between the curls or do I add it in the text instructions? What is order time frame? Will it ship before Christmas?

The word "by" is considered part of the scroll design, but if you type "By" in your desired text we will know what you want and will not duplicate the word. Lead times for custom branding irons is 4-6 weeks for delivery.
